Peter’s air b&b became a gathering place for visitors from around the US and Canada because it was so welcoming. We loved the openness of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The recreational facilities were great. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.Thanks Peter for making our stay so enjoyable.

The house is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped. Great view to the canal, private pool.
The area around look rich and safe. I know where to stay next time in Phoenix!

Highly recommend!! Perfect location for our family of 5!
Spacious house, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful and peaceful backyard.
Our kids loved taking the kayaks across the water to the park/playground. We enjoyed multiple evening rides as a family on the pontoon boat. The pool and hot tub were excellent!
Within reasonable driving distances to multiple attractions and activities in surrounding cities. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants.
Would stay there again!

We had an amazing time. The house had plenty of space and was clean. The backyard was our favorite place to be, it is completely private and relaxing. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, and the location is right in the middle of anywhere you need to go. Peter was very responsive.

We had the best time. This house is spacious and clean. The backyard was a party all week long. We loved the pool and spa. The river was low so we didn’t spend time on it but it was beautiful to look at. Peter has thought of every little detail.
We especially appreciated all the locks and safety precautions on all the doors put to the pool. We will be back.

As echoed by others, this place a treat filled with amenities and the massage chair was a hit after long hikes. Appreciated Peter's responsiveness and clear directions for access and check out. Highly recommend for a family spot to beat the heat.

The home is in excellent condition. All the beds were comfortable, and the linens were very nice as well. The layout of the house is wonderful, with an additional family room on the second level that had beautiful views. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the home is an easy walk to the lake and dock area. The availability of fishing gear, life jackets, and kayaks was appreciated. Great rental for enjoying the outdoors.

Beautiful, clean home! We really enjoyed the pool! I think at one point the boys were playing catch, one in the pool, one on the deck, and the other out in the Tin Turtle on the river! Wonderful memories made here!

Our stay was very relaxing and the place was well maintained and functional. Thank you for providing the kayaks to cruise around the lake, it was quiet and enjoyable. I highly recommend Grumpy Toads Getaway!
